View Full Version : Great Intercooler kits (Sema)
Ok,
So I went to Sema today and found the greatest deal ever. This company out of Australia is offering intercooler kits for the 2jz-gte for a killer price($350 total). It includes FMIC, piping and couplers. When he told me that, my jaw dropped. I asked him if he does the 2jz-ge, he said NO  . Then he told me that if I get enough people (at least 20), he would do it for $325. That would include FMIC(supports 450-800hp), Piping, and Hybrid T-bolt Clamps. If you are interested let me know, I am heading back tomorrow to talk to the guy again. I'm going to buy the kit regaurdless if anyone does, but this is a chance to get a great Intercooler kit for the NA-T. He said compared to Greddy and HKS this intercooler has less pressure drop and weights 4 pounds less. PM me or email me if you are interested. Email is THB@stlv.net

If he is legit, That is one mega super insanely freaking good deal, pipings alone is worth that much.

That's what I said. Here is there website www.hybrid-power.com. On there web site the intercoller kit for the 2JZ-GTE list at $517.10 shipped to your door. I going to talk to him tommorrow about the 2JZ-GE piping, to see what he can do.

If its legit, add me to the list for $350 and ill take one.
Sorry guys, I needed at least 20 people that would have done a group buy to get the deal. They usaually do 2JZ-GTE intercooler kits, but if I had enough people they would of done the NA-T setup at a great price. They still have great prices on their other products. Take a look at their website www.hybrid-power.com.

I have the GTE version of the kit and the quality is pretty high for the price. Only concerns I have were the brackets for mounting the intercooler and more importantly... the endtank design. Theoretically speaking, it should limit flow a little bit. Practically, I doubt it will make any difference. Otherwise, the pipes look good. The packaging is great. They ship very fast (3days to your door from overseas via DHL)

From a manufacturing standpoint 20 isn't too bad. Most places won't touch custom fabrication pieces for under 100 units and especially at this price point and projected profit margin per.
