Just cuz you didn't get a reply in 5 hours doesn't make it a ghost town.
What were the TPS values showing in the safc when you first calibrated it?

Im just saying in general.. Well my values on the safc were always 100% not touching throttle pedal and 0% when pressing down on pedal. I disconnceted safc and check output voltage right at tps sensor and it showed 5.4v closed throttle and .45 open.

Well check those voltages for the TPS against the ones listed in the service manual.
When you are calibrating the safc it asks you to depress the throttle a few times to measure the operating range, if those numbers are completely different than what you get from the multimeter then it is wired incorrectly.
If the numbers on the multimeter are consistent with safc and different from service manuyal specs then the tps is faulty or needs adjustment.

the numbers on the safc are the same as what im getting from dmm right at the sensor.

Check to see if in your settings, its throttle up and not throttle down (The arrows).
