Will this swap work for me?

I found a good deal on a gte swap for my 95 sc300 (motor,ecu,harness) but the problem is the motor is a odb2 98+ vvt-i 2jzgte, if I swap it in will my old electronics still work i.e a/c, guages, etc?

I found a good deal on a gte swap for my 95 sc300 (motor,ecu,harness) but the problem is the motor is a odb2 98+ vvt-i 2jzgte, if I swap it in will my old electronics still work i.e a/c, guages, etc?The wiring on that may be a nightmare, but nonetheless..... most things should work. The gauge cluster wil have issues more than likely. I'd suggest either sourcing a USDM OBD1 2JZ-GTE..... or the easy 1JZ swap.

how hard would it be to dress the cluster issues, i got a really good deal and wanna jump on it but I dont want to have electrical issues. would this have made any differnce if my car was a 96?
