What is your setup going to be? What is your budget?

Probably the XS kit. It seems to be the most bang for your buck. And as far as electronics, im not real sure. thats what I need to know from you all. and please dont laugh, but I would like to do this all with about 2500 invested. Remember, most of the turbo kit, I will install. Plumbing, manifold, gaskets, ect. I just need it tuned

I just want some low boost fun. no more than 10 psi. Ive heard of guys running 10 on the stock headgasket and studs

alot of guys go with safc on stock setup. 2500 is realy more than enough if you piese your own kit. It takes time to piese all the kit together dough. Dont cheap out on bov, all cheap ones leak. 10psi would be a top limit on stock 330s, so be careful. IMO safc and a wideband is all you need . Good luck!

what year are your cars? I heard mapecu and safc dont work well with obd1 computers. Although, I have heard A LOT just browsing forums, thats why I am skeptical to buy anything right now. lol Also what it be better to piece my own turbo kit, or buy somthing already packagd like the xs power? thanks again for the help

hijacking not intended! but for my na-t i can use 550cc a safc and wideband to tune? i want to be able to know if and when something goes wrong and it has to be dd able. i am going to replace the headgasket, is the tt one good for around like 15-20psi? what else do i need to be successful. keep in mind this is with a pieced together kit and a max budget of around 5k. is this possible and safe?

5k.... you got enough money to go aem ems, decent $1000 turbo ect... Man, dont buy a complete kit if you have some patience building one your self. All it takes is search and good brand products and you have superb built na-t that push around 400-500 if not more

Bump this. My goal is to keep everything stock on my 94 N/A Auto Supra.

I'm probably gonna go with the XS kit at 9psi and wanted to know what the best thing would be to tune it. I wanna do AEM EMS but my budget is short for it so anything but that on the OBD1. What do you guys think?

MapEcu! I have it tuned for stock fuel/head gasket. I have the map if you want it. 3" downpipe/midpipe/catback.

But it is for 91, if you put 93 it will be a letter richer.

i had apexi neo on my obd1 and worked out just fine, but that means you are limited to those mighty stock compression limits, cause if you want more power youll need to have ams or something to adjust timing. People running stock timing above 12 psi are pushing limits big time. If you keep your car at 9psi youll need to get the aftermarket clutch at very last. Stock headgasket is fine, fuel pump is good too, along with 330's stockers. Goodluck

I'm thinking an SAFC1 or 2, what do you guys think of that? It sounds stupid but I'm also thinking about using my VAFC1 from my Prelude and just not connecting VTEC (obviously) because I already have it laying around

both 1 and 2 and even NEO does same thing, newer ones are justy more fancy but safc1 will do the job just fine for a basic 300whp build. Dont go up more than that without getting something to control spark

For sure, thanks! What do people usually run with a 300whp setup? My goal is 12.99 with a street tire. I might even go DR's if I have to

any piggyback, most popular being safc 1,2 and neo
