Is the stock MKIII Supra turbo maf the same size as the 2jzge obd1 maf.
BTW, I know that the V8 Lexus maf is bigger.

yes
The OD on the AFMs is identical.

The OD on the V8 AFM is only slightly bigger; infact couplers that fit over the I6 model will fit over the V8 one too; its THAT close.

No. I'm pretty certain the turbo MKIII and NA MKIV unit are identical... as in the same part.

As for ID, why ask? There's no real reason to know the answer? The V8 AFM flows 25% more metered air than the I6 AFM. The unit itself doesnt flow that much more; its just that the sensor is able to READ that much more airflow. So it doesnt matter what the ID is.
