so what do u guys know about their manifolds, are they woth it?

several threads already discussing it here...

general consensus is: the GE manifolds don't work when you have a distributor (all non-VVTI 2jz-GEs DO have a distributor). The turbo just doesnt fit good enough (not at all for 4" inlet applications)

the GTE manifolds work fine and have been used several times; quite a few posts over at SF about them.

the newer manifolds are built much better than the old ones and that you cant compare problems with the 4cyl variety to our 6cyl models

I have an SSautocrhome manifold.

Works great except for my annoying distributor is in the way. I plan on getting rid of the distributor though. :)

Also, the wastgate position is really tight for my in my GS300. Probably different for the supra or the SC.

Yes, I think you are right, the engine bay volume is a bit different in shape and size

Mine fit a T61 on it, clearing the distributor :dunno:

Re-clock the flange worst case, you can get a 4" inlet to clear.

I have one (haven't ran it yet but its mounted) the only problem i ran into is the 74mm turbo meeting the T4 flange easily. The 4 bolt holes on the flange dont seem to line up with the 4 bolt holes on the turbo. Just need a little dremel action and she should be good to go. Wastegate fits good (went to a V band setup though).
