Auto to 5spd swap

I am planning on doing a complete transmission swap (auto to 5spd). What I need is a complete list of everything I am going to need to do it right? My next question is how hard is it to do the swap? I am not a certified mechanic but, I can handle myself under the hood. I pulled and dropped a brand new engine in my supra with no problems. This will be my first transmission job and I don't want to screw it up. If you guys and gals could give me a step by step I would really appreciate it. Thanks again for all the help.

I am still debating this swap, because manual are still good fun.
built auto or 5 speed swap is my debate.

Manual Swap parts I figured

flywheel
clutch kit
complete trans with shifter
driveshaft
clutch pedal assy
Brake pedal
clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder and lines
console piece with shifter boot
manual trans sheet metal piece

I am still debating it to. Cost to cost, I think I might just go with BL built auto tranny.
