Apparantly the T61 is good for abour 25psi but your injectors wont cope with that. So probably about 12-14psi aslong as your tune is good.

What gearbox do you have?

ok, good to know.
i have a Soarer R154 gearbox in it with a updated clutch.

i have a new AEM Uego wideband in my garage, do i need that with AEM EMS?
...im new to EMS... :)

you are very lucky to that gearbox, they are like rocking horse shit to find. Provided you get bigger injectors you could wind your boost right up without fear of breaking things.

You will need a wideband to tune it safely, I dont use AEM so cant be sure but I would guess the wideband will connect to the EMS somehow so it gets feedback on your AFR's just as my windeband sends feedback to the emanage ultimate.

run 10psi on 93 octane, until you change out your headgasket. Then you can increase the boost. Love the car.

yeh i know those gearboxes ar really hard to find! i found one really cheap, the guy that sold it to me didnt know what he was selling :)
i am going to drop in 750cc injectors so i can boost more.

Mark -> 10psi? i have the TT 1.3mm headgasket.
cant i boost up to 17psi with that?
and how much hp will my car do with my setup and 750cc injectors?

i was really confused when i that you were doing 440cc injectors with that crazy TB on the car... haha good to see u do have the thicker headgasket for more boosting, i have a pretty close setup to urs but in an sc300 with stock TB. Looks great

Did you used IAC (idle air control) on the intake manifold?

No i dont use a IAC. works great without it.
when the engine is cold i just press the gas pedal a bit at startup,
and hold it at 1500rpm for 30sec. it idles great after that.

Really nice job you have done there, the TT cam covers and FFIM make it look so much cleaner as you can actually see the snail :)

Enjoy it mate ;)
