Im using a TT alternator that has the oval plug, and my harness has the round plug. I managed to find the oval connector I needed from a toyota camry, but the wires on it are a different color so I can match them up with the white/blackred/yellowgreen wires. Anybody know the pinout for the connector.

Another issue is my harness was all cut up, so I dont know where the 3 alternator wires go. From the research Ive done the yellow/green wire is the dash light, the black/red just goes to a 12v source in the harness, and the white wire is voltage sense? but I dont know where it would go. Any info would be appreciated.

This is a for a custom 2jzge to 240sx harness using a KA AEM EMS. Harness is complete except for the alternator part...

7m alternator

3 pin round plug with 2 vertical pins beside each other above a horizontal pin in a "U" arrangement.
looking at the plug w/ clip at bottom. alternator plug
top left is Ign [IG - Black/Yellow wire] +12V on Ign
top right is CHG light [L - yellow/white wire] must have load or WILL NOT charge
bottom horizontal pin is Voltage sense [S -white wire] +12V from battery via charging system.

i upload a 99 avalon plug same as camry below
