GS300 Swap questions

Is there a difference between the Aristo & JDM MKIV motors? Just curious cause I might do a swap in a 98 GS300. What should I do about the tranny, use the stock 5spd auto, get the Aristo tranny, or do a 6spd swap? Also, does the MKIV TT brakes and suspension fit the GS?
