So ive been wanting to boost my supra for so long now that it feels like ive waited a lifetime. Its been 6 years since i bought the supra, ive managed to keep it mostly stock besides a blitz cat back exhaust and injen intake.
Its been a great car and the whole time ive owned the car ive specifically limited my driving so i can keep it mechanically sound for as long as possible. Since ive bought the car ive only put about 5000 miles on it maybe alittle more.
Im very happy with that decision and keeping the driving under control to prepare the car for the build ive been dreaming of.
So moving on heres what ive got and ill include a list of what i still need to get.
Precision 39mm wastegate
Swapped out springs and ran a combo of 2 springs that equal out to 6.9 PSI. ill use a boost controller to run more but when i first drive the car ill be running lower boost and then when i feel i can safetly up the boost i will and ofcourse have my tune properly adjusted.
ARP head studs
And everything bolted up
Thats all i got at the moment but i also have the intake for the turbo on its way in the mail.
(What i still need excluding hardware hoses etc etc )
Custom Fabed Downpipe
Fuel Pump-AEM 320 LPH
intercooler piping-CX racing
engine management-haltech sprint 500 ems
6 puck Clutch-clutch masters
Boost controller- Hoping to find a good condition blitz SBC
Timing belt-Gates racing
Oil Feed/Return Lines- An steel braided
GTE oil return flange- cxracing
Im currently trying to find some sort of good intercooler piping with little to no modification but with this manifold it seems my options are limited since i dont weld nor do i know anyone who welds aluminum.
Also im considering using my intake i currently have on the na intake the Injen and having the vacuum line ports plugged up then just finding someone that welds good and have a BOV flange put on.
Maybe soon ill have some more updates, im hoping to do a test fit photos of the manifold mounted.
