ffim 2jzge intake manifolds

Here I have made three intake manifolds. These were test fitted on na supra mkiv, is300, and sc300 (not sure about gs300). These manifolds has intake runner entries machined, all polished and tig welded, end cap laser cut and bend. Used 86-93 5.0L mustang tb adapter. Comes with oem gasket and high quality stainless bolts. $600 shipped in US

You said you test fitted it on a SC300... got any pics of it installed?

How hard is that back bolt to get too? Looks like id have to hire a really skinny person to reach wayy in there to tighten it down.

I have pleanty of pictures of it installed on my mkiv, even bough high mile is300 to fit it, and my old good friend Jason let me use his sc for fitment, but no, dumb ass I havnt taken any pictures on sc... I know it fits perfectly. The hole is 80mm diameter and you should have no problem finding a person that can tight the last bolt for you, im 6 feet tall and 200pounds, had no problem sticking my hand all the way down

This is the same Intake mani I got from Domantas, Fits nicely and clears everything in the SC300 engine bay. just don't have the throttle body welded up yet. Real nice intakes for the price!!

NICE!!! The one you got has no polishing job on it. You can go with 400, 800, 1200, 1500 and later with even softer grit paper to have it ready for polish. I did it with orbital sander with soft pad to save time, but I think you can do that by hand too. And then just use regular buffer with rubbing compound, works legit and looks great.

Id jump on this if you offered them with the stock TB flange. Standalone is not in my budget, thus the ford TPS will not work.

people use them with no issues, Mustang TPS it also 0-5v device. Stock TB is too bulky to have on ffim, IMO. FSM offers exact same manifold and uses mustang tb, lots of people from supraforums.com use them with stock ecu's. Happy holidays!!

^^ Hmm. Ill have to check into that.. I've heard Ford TPS cannot be used with the stock ECU, but if thats incorrect, you may be hearing from me pretty soon.

In the meantime bump for you!

I run all my cars with no IAC. It doesn't affect drivability or any engine control regarding fuel or timing, only thing is that idle drops down approximately 100rpm when turning wheel at idle. Two left $450 + shipping

this is the picture of same design manifold on my mkiv, but with different throttle body.

this is the picture of the same design without tb adapter, no polish job on sc300. Its one of the customer's car

http://forum.clubna-t.com/vbgarage.php?do=view&id=8104

you can google search fsm (first state motorsports) na-t manifold, it uses exact same parts and design, and mines is twice cheaper... $400 is what I have payed to have it done, these days people are broke, I have no choice, need money to buy new project. Take advantage of this offer guys
